    How do I transfer pictures and videos from my camera?

    Pictures can be moved to your phone using a micro SD card reader, they save as JPGs and open instantly.

    Videos must be transferred to your laptop using the SD card reader or USB cable. They’re saved as AVI files, so we recommend converting them to MP4 at cloudconvert.com/avi-to-mp4
